ProMag Archangel Yugo Pap AK-Series OPFOR Buttstock

The Archangel Yugo Pap (Yugo) AK-series buttstock accommodates various stamped AR-type buttstocks, receiver extensions and pistol grips. Constructed of a proprietary black polymer, the Pap features an archangel shaped grip buttcap, rear stubby tube and monopod. Internally, the Pap utilizes a proprietary molded receiver extension process, and the shape of the stubby tube ensures proper buttpin placement. The textured grip of the stubby tube prevents the shooter’s hand from gripping the hot cylinder stock, preventing hand injury. The textured receiver tube also prevents the shooter’s hand from slipping to the front of the receiver, as often happens with an AK-series buttstock. The textured grip area also functions as a pressure pad for the shooter’s thumb to support the buttstock, preventing slippage and ensuring a solid grip. Precision manufacturing allows for the buttstock to lock completely closed, as with the AK-series, without sacrificing functionality. The locking plate, recoil pad and paracord lanyard are also easily installed. For those marks of distinction, an individual can purchase the buttstock WITH the single recoil pad (sold separately) for either the Yugo or the Archangel Yugo.
